As the next step, we’ll need some additional information from you to ensure we create effective advertisements and promotions for your business. Please provide the following:
Images: High-resolution images of your products/services, booth setup, or any other visuals you’d like us to use in our marketing materials.
Logo: Kindly upload your company logo so we can prominently feature it in our promotional materials.
Text: A brief description of your products/services, any special offers or promotions you’ll be offering at the event, and any other relevant information you’d like us to include in our advertisements.

- Vendor Set-up: 7am-9am
- Vendor Lobby Doors Open: 9am
- Show Begins: 10am (Men’s Competition)
- Session #1: 10 AM (Doors open at 9 AM, show lasts about 3 hours)
- Break Session: Session #1 will last about 3 hours
- Session #2: 4 PM (Women’s Competition) (Doors open at 3 PM, show lasts about 3 hours)

Gift Bag Donations: If you have anything you’d like us to place in the gift bags, please deliver it to us on or before Thursday, July 7th, at the following address:

As competitor registrations continue to come in, we’ll have a clearer understanding of the quantity of competitor swag bags needed, and we’ll keep you updated accordingly. It’s estimated that we’ll distribute between 200-300 bags to competitors, judges, staff, coaches, and any remaining bags will be available at the Williams Productions vendor table. Competitors can expect to receive their bags during check-in on Friday, the 12th.
Our onsite vendor manager, Grant Stowe, will be your point of contact for any questions or assistance you may need on the day of the show. He’ll be in the vendor lobby area during setup to ensure you have what you need and help you find your space.
There will be a “vendor check-in” canopy when you arrive at the Auburn Performing Arts Center.
Your Vendor Booth Package:
